Shipping Policy
Order Processing and Shipping:
Orders for available items placed before 1 PM ET will aim to be shipped on the same day, subject to feasibility. Factors such as processing duration, unforeseen circumstances, or orders made after 1 PM ET may lead to shipping on the following business day. For urgent orders, please contact us at 1(519) 333-6620, and we will do our best to meet your shipping needs. Any delays in processing and shipping will be communicated to you via your provided contact details.
Operating Hours and Shipping Schedule:
Orders are processed and fulfilled from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM ET. Orders are not processed or fulfilled outside of these hours, including weekends and Canadian statutory holidays such as New Year’s Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Boxing Day.
Shipping Rates and Timelines:
Orders exceeding $99 qualify for complimentary standard shipping across Canada, with delivery times ranging from approximately 2 to 9 business days for provinces and up to15 business days for territories. Orders below $99 or requiring expedited shipping will incur transit charges based on your address during checkout. Canadian CPAP Equipment cannot foresee postal delays and is not responsible for any delays that extend beyond the stated estimated delivery times. Canadian CPAP Equipment reserves the right to decline shipments to P.O. Box addresses and will contact you to provide an alternative address if necessary. Please ensure all provided information is accurate to prevent any delays in processing your order.
Order Modifications and Fulfillment:
Canadian CPAP Equipment may cancel orders suspected of fraud or if suspected intend is for resale. Orders may also be partially fulfilled depending on product availability. If a portion of your order is available, it will be shipped using your chosen method, with the remaining items shipped separately at no extra cost. In the event of order cancellation or partial fulfillment, the billed amount for affected products will be refunded to your original payment method. Certain items, such as CPAP machines, require a valid prescription for fulfillment. Various options are available for submitting prescriptions during the ordering process, and we will follow up if an order is placed without a valid prescription. Please note that orders without valid prescriptions may experience delays.
