Setup: On request, we can pre-program your device to your prescription. Use comfort features (ramp/EPR) as directed.
Compatibility: Most travel units work with standard masks, but some require proprietary tubing/adapters—check each product’s Compatibility notes before you buy.
Power: Universal 100–240 V AC; many support DC adapters and external batteries. Airline rules usually require lithium batteries in carry-on.
Flying: CPAP is a medical device—bring it in your carry-on (often not counted against your bag allowance), carry your prescription, and check your airline’s policy.
Coverage: A prescription is required. Travel devices are often not eligible for ADP; private plan coverage varies—confirm with your insurer.
Returns & warranty: Machines are medical devices—opened/used units are typically final sale. Unopened items may be returnable within the stated window. Manufacturer warranty applies (see Returns page for more details).
