Common Questions

Which setup pack do I need for my mask?

Match the mask family: N20/N30/P10 use their specific setup packs; F20/F30 use F-series packs. Packs include the connector/tube required for the travel device. Always check the product’s Compatibility notes.

Are HumidX cartridges compatible with every mask?

No. HumidX / HumidX Plus work with N20, N30, and P10 setups; HumidX F20 works only with F20/AirTouch F20. F30 does not use HumidX.

Which filters fit, and how often should I replace them?

Use the device-specific standard or hypoallergenic filters. Replace every 1–3 months, or sooner if discolored or damaged. See the filter pages for exact product descriptions.

Can I run the device from a car/RV or plane seat power?

Yes—with the branded 12/24V DC converter (cigarette-lighter style) for vehicles/RVs. For flights, check airline battery and power policies in advance.

Do I need special tubing or connectors?

Yes. This travel device uses specific tubing/connectors provided in the setup packs. Generic tubing won’t connect unless using the proper adapter.
