Return Policy

Canadiancpapequipment.ca accepts returns for unopened products within 30 days of the original shipping date, subject to a 15% restocking fee deducted from the credit. Canadian CPAP Equipment does not provide refunds billed to your billed payment method. You can either exchange the item or receive store credit via digital gift card. If there is a difference in price of an exchanged item, the difference in price will be charged upon checkout. Shipping associated costs will not be credited towards store credit.

Please note that masks and machines, including CPAP, APAP, BiPAP, and humidifiers, cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene reasons.

Returns for merchandise with manufacturing defects are accepted after trouble shooting assistance is provided. All manufacturer warranties are decided by the manufacturer alone. Shipping costs for warranty returns are not covered.

 Out-of-warranty machines may be repairable by the manufacturer, subject to diagnostic fees determined by the manufacturer. Manufacturer warranty decisions for repair or replacement apply to machines.

You will be provided with a ticket number and instructions will be provided to further your return process. You are responsible for shipping costs and ensuring the safe return of the product. Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of returned items.
