What’s included: APAP/CPAP device, power supply, filter(s), and user guide. Many kits also include a heated humidifier, tubing (standard or slim), and an SD card—see the product page for exact contents.
Setup: On request, we can pre-program your device before shipping. After delivery, use comfort features (ramp/EPR) to fine-tune. We can translate your Rx into settings and walk you through first-night setup.
Compatibility: Works with most masks via the standard 22 mm connection. Heated tubing and water chambers are model-specific—check each product’s Compatibility notes. Use distilled water in humidifiers.
Prescription & coverage (Canada): A prescription is required for all auto CPAP machines. Ontario ADP has its own criteria; we don’t participate, but we can guide you on available pathways and private benefits.
Returns & warranty: Machines are medical devices—opened/used units are typically final sale. Unopened items may be returnable within the stated window. Manufacturer warranty applies; see our returns page for more details.
Data & privacy: With consent, we can review therapy data through secure portals, share a summary with your circle of care, and recommend comfort adjustments to improve adherence.

Common Questions

What’s the difference between CPAP and auto CPAP (APAP)?

CPAP delivers one set pressure from your prescription. Auto CPAP (APAP) operates within a prescribed range and responds during the night to keep your airway open, then records data for follow-up.

Can one device switch between auto CPAP (APAP) and fixed CPAP modes?

Yes—many auto CPAP machines support both APAP and fixed CPAP. If your prescription specifies a single pressure, use fixed CPAP; if it specifies a range, use APAP. Check each product’s “Modes” or “Therapy modes” spec to confirm (not all models offer both). Note: BiLevel therapy requires a different device.

Which masks work with auto CPAP machines?

Most masks are compatible via the standard 22 mm connection. Some travel devices or proprietary systems may need an adapter—see each product’s Compatibility notes or ask us to confirm.

What comes in the box, and what accessories should I add?

You’ll receive the machine, power supply, and filter(s); many packages include humidifier and tubing. Common add-ons: spare filters, a heated tube, and a travel case. Check each product’s What’s Included list.

What are the return and warranty terms for auto CPAP machines?

For hygiene and regulatory reasons, opened/used machines are typically final sale. Unopened units may be returnable within the stated window. Warranty is manufacturer-backed (term varies by model); we can help with troubleshooting and facilitating repair or replacement of your unit if necessary.
