Return window: Returns or exchanges accepted within [30 days] of delivery for new, unused, and unopened APAP CPAP Machines in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals.


Opened devices: Final sale unless manufacturer-defective.


Defects: Contact us and we’ll arrange repair or replacement after assessment.


Who pays return shipping?

Preference-based returns: customer pays.

Our error or a defect: we cover it.


Warranty: Coverage varies by brand; we help coordinate Canadian warranty service for repairs/replacements.
