The Transcend Micro 510 weighs approximately 0.48 pounds (218 grams) and measures just 3.6 × 3.6 × 2.4 inches, making it one of the smallest and lightest travel CPAP machines available.

Auto-Adjusting Pressure – Personalized Sleep Apnea Therapy

The Micro 510 delivers both fixed-pressure CPAP and automatic positive airway pressure (APAP) therapy, with a pressure range of 4–20 cmH₂O.

In Auto mode, the machine responds to changes in breathing throughout the night, automatically adjusting pressure within the prescribed range to help maintain effective therapy while minimizing unnecessary pressure.

WhisperSoft™ Muffler – 40% Smaller, Quiet Operation

The Micro 510 features an updated WhisperSoft™ Muffler that is 40% smaller than the previous version, helping reduce airflow noise while maintaining a compact, travel-friendly setup.

With a published sound rating of approximately 27 dBA when used with the muffler, the Micro 510 is designed to provide quieter therapy for both you and your bed partner.

The updated muffler is paired with the new TransFlex™ hose, providing a lightweight, flexible tubing system that is easy to pack and manage during travel.

AirMist™ Waterless Humidification – Now Included

The Micro 510 includes the AirMist™ Heat Moisture Exchanger (HME), providing convenient waterless humidification without a traditional water chamber.

The AirMist HME connects between the CPAP hose and mask using a reusable adapter and replaceable HME cartridge. During therapy, it captures moisture from exhaled breath and returns some of that moisture during inhalation, helping reduce dryness without the need for distilled water.

This compact system is particularly convenient for travel, eliminating the need to pack water or maintain a traditional humidifier chamber.

What's New: AirMist is also compatible with the original Transcend Micro but is purchased separately. The Micro 510 includes an initial AirMist HME setup.

Please Note: HME humidification is different from traditional heated humidification. Replacement cartridges are required periodically and sold separately.

TransFlex™ Hose – Improved Flexibility & Movement

The Micro 510 includes the updated 6-foot TransFlex™ hose, replacing the AirFlex hose supplied with the original Transcend Micro.

MySleepDash™ App – Therapy Monitoring & Comfort Adjustments

The Bluetooth-enabled Transcend Micro 510 connects to the MySleepDash™ app, allowing users to review therapy information and manage supported comfort settings from a compatible smartphone.

Through the app, users can:

• Review nightly therapy usage and compliance information.
