Do I need a doctor's referral to order the test?

No—self-referrals are accepted. With your consent, we’ll share results with your family doctor and coordinate care.

Who is eligible for an at-home test?

How long does it take to get results?

Is the HSAT covered by insurance or ADP (Ontario)?

HSAT itself isn’t covered by ADP. Some private plans may reimburse; we provide an itemized receipt.

What if my results show sleep apnea?

If your test confirms sleep apnea, your report will include a physician’s diagnosis and treatment recommendations.
